Something that truly breaks my heart, is that the thing most damaging to the National party hasnt been the homeless people that froze to death this year, the weak stance on racism or the thousands of children theyve pushed into poverty. It was Luxon insulting buisness owners.

Questions for #nzpol. We have 123 MPs currently. Verian poll in June assumed 124 MPs. Curia poll this week assumes 120. If the Curia poll factored in the overhang the headlines would be different. SO: How likely is an overhang next time? TPM, National or both? What party vote % will oust Willis?

My dream last night: I was sitting on the curb with my kids, decorating a cake with whipped cream and sprinkles(?). Nicola Willis comes up, cut herself a slice of cake, posed for a photo with the press and walked off with crumbs, cream and sprinkles on her face to go and deliver the budget. #nzpol
Politicians should deliver their policies in person for week. Goldsmith on the streets moving on 14 year old homeless kids, Lousie Upston door to door cutting peoples accommodation supplements, and Nicola Willis walking Lambton Quay sacking public servants. Face to face with those affected. #nzpol
