The KIDS Act is facing serious headwinds in the Senate, with Marsha Blackburn getting pushback from both Cruz and the White House on what should be in the bill, and what can pass. — via @benbrodydc.bsky.social. Cruz says he'll vote for it, but doesn't believe it has the votes.

1. Just to be clear, the KIDS Act contains #KOSA 2. KOSA has a rider that nullifies state AI regulations & puts a moratorium on future ones, which is not only bad in itself but also means this alleged "child safety" legislation SHIELDS AI NUDIFIER APPS - the same ones used on kids' & teens' pictures
