Yeah so companies NEED to give more pushback on entry & midlevel jobs being replaced by AI. In a few years the whole hierarchy will come crumbling down. As seniors retire or move on to different jobs all that will be left is AI and the entire company knowledge lost to whoever is hired after.

Lots of fresh berries to be foraged for during this time of the year. I didn’t even realize we had June berries but hey, apparently we do! I’m just happy with my blueberries I picked earlier 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️👍

I’ve never been much into enneagram, I typically take it with a grain of salt, but apparently online tests have mistyped tf outta me. Thought I was an enneagram 1. Nah fam, apparently I’m an 8. I’ve gotten that result before but didn’t put much stock into it tbh.

We finished up our main D&D campaign Thursday and I managed to do another couple of pen sketches. Isontaro and Tourahn turned out nicer than I thought. It’s been fun to do some drawing while I’m waiting on attack rolls from other players and the like.

I got one swamp foot today on my excursion, at least the lululemon joggers I had on held up well. Happy to have gotten em on sale. Happy to say they’ll work well for running too. Dries super quick so that was a plus, I got soaked by the dew on the plants as I was going along.

33 trips around the sun. Crossed Motion Path off my bucket list for my birthday. 6 hours 25 minutes to complete. 22km and 35k steps. And one good friend for the journey. Was foggy so I didn’t get all the coastal views but was still super fun all the same. I’d do it all again in a heartbeat.

Thinking of stories, I ended up piecing together some “what if” scenarios for the end of the 4th arc of DIVE. Actually ironed out the ending (yes I thought of one) and came up with something very bittersweet. Legit was half crying writing up the notes. I think I might’ve cooked a bit too hard.

This is some dystopian bullshit. And also a good argument for keeping private info off of the cloud or any online storage space. People might say I’m wild for having several external hard drives for backing up stories and photos but at least I don’t have to deal with this shit.

Google's AI seems to be able and willing to divulge private and personal information stored on users' Google Drives and such. Screenshots taken from here: www.reddit.com/r/IndieDev/s...

I would argue there’s not really a good use of tracing tbh. I know some folks might be okay with it for personal practice but it doesn’t teach the fundamentals of why something works. Understanding the basics is critical if you want to improve in anything especially art. Study real people/places!

Just saw a widely shared video on IG about content theft which is good. It’s good people have morals. But can we also hold artists to the same damn standard? Tracing art off of Pinterest is just as much content theft for engagement. Copying other people 1 to 1 is just as much theft for attention.

Like some folks might be into cheating on their spouse but not this person. I rather go literally die than destroy the relationship I have with the person I cherish the most. Also morally I’m not that kind of POS. I wouldn’t have it in me to do such a bankrupt decision. Ya ain’t happy? Leave.

It’s really weird that old people feel the need to put their hands on you when they want to ask you something. Had a guy do this and frankly I had a pretty visceral reaction of grandpa putting his hand on my forearm. Don’t fucking touch me. It’s bad enough you’re in my personal space.
