Saw the description for this One Night Only movie, with it essentially being The Purge but for sex, and the trailers provide a completely different tone than what I expected. The synopsis reads like a drama, but it's a romantic comedy? Sure.

If SCREEN were to pass, you'd be required to scan your face and upload an ID to access this site because it allows "harmful" material. This affects you even if you don't care about sex work or porn.

“Wait, didn’t this game already release earlier this year?” What I said before realizing I was thinking of Crimson Desert, which is also an action RPG. It’s clear this game doesn’t have as large of a budget, nor is the price as high. www.gematsu.com/2026/08/crim...

If the success of Brand New Day leads to a new movie with Spider-Man and the X-Men, and there’s a high chance that it will, it should be mandated that Arcade be included as one of the villains. He could even be the *main* villain.

All the recent news about the God of War series (recasting Kratos, planning to recast Atreus after the first season) only bolsters the thought that this really should have been animated. I know some people need live-action to take shows seriously, but it still would have been a better alternative.

I appreciate the big swings Batman: Caped Crusader took with villain origin stories, despite some not working out (like the Riddler). Season 2 was good, despite that and the iffy animation. I don't have much hope for it continuing given the ad campaign (or lack of one) Prime Video gave it, though.

It’s hard to explain but tv was better when you couldn’t watch the show you wanted whenever you wanted to watch it and most of the shows were worse and the TVs were worse and the entire experience was worse, that’s when it was better
