As someone with OCD I understand the fear that if you don't do something something bad will happen, so yeah if anyone ACTUALLY believes in that I feel like, bad for them??? But like therapy. Get therapy. I'm in therapy. Therapy is good. Engaging in making the thing instead is a compulsion. Bad.
