As much as I love that people enjoy the work that we do over at @vrcdn.live seeing it being used to make real change in the world is something I never dreamed it would actually do. Powering fundraiser events for incredible causes will always have a special place in my heart.

Interesting fact! The fireworks composite was rendered into ProRes 422 and transcoded to x264 using FFmpeg. The DMX encoding error rate with this pipeline was close to none! On top of that, FFprobe estimates a 500kbps bitrate for the 1 hour file :D
Happyrobot33@happyrobot33.bsky.social · 2mo agoAll of it is what makes this worth it. As for some technical details, this show used 1500 lighting drones, and 20 pyro drones, along with some additional world controls, totalling roughly 15000 DMX channels filling the entire video screen
what the actual hell was Donk?? @daxanoxe.bsky.social stole my brain cells and ran off with them. There was barely a break in that set and it was so much fucking fun. 12/Donk this shit was lit Also plaint man @value.gay fucking flossing it in 2026 i swear to god dude xD
