So, quick thoughts: not usually a fan of dual shields, but making them do dual duty as claws is actually a smart solution. Having them have cannons that you can switch to I'm a little less certain about, since ranged was kind of PLD's thing, but I guess both MTs get it now.

Actually, you know what, Bastion really is a 10/10 job #ffxiv #ff14 (yes, this popped into my mind and I made it)

Damon's ancient was called Azem and he was very idealistic and quite outgoing. Very protective about the things he cares about, similar to Damon. Uses a greatsword, though with light aspected aether instead of dark like the modern day Dark Knight.

My WoL is me, he's a self insert that has slowly become his own thing, but still shares a lot with me. Same reason why he's black with black hair and that won't change (I did have a gray Roegadyn version of him, but I don't love that one exactly because it's gray haha)
