Beautiful. Desparately needed on Church St. between interstate and 9th Av. Bike lanes on both sides are blocked multiple times every day.

In 2022 Mamdani introduced a NY bill proposing camera-based ticketing. I interviewed him about it. Mamdani: "We need harder barriers — but we also need to enforce [lanes] that are already considered protected.”
Grafitti question. A client has been cited twice now for graffiti on a currently vacant building. The property has been rezoned for multifamily (SP). The client is in the process of lining up financing. The only solutions offerred by Metro are demolition of the building or panting over the graffiti.

This is our first real year growing blackberries. Bushes were all to young to bear fruit. Looks like they're definitely going to be fruitful this year.
Amsterdam is home to the first underwater bike parking in the world. It's open 24/7, can house 7,000 bikes and 700 rental bikes and has a shop for maintenance and repair. Construction costs were around 60 million euros. That's cheap compared to the annual savings on healthcare costs from cycling!

Campaign contributions = protected speech per SCOTUS Citizens United decision. I contributed hundreds of dollars to a candidate qualified to run for the cong. district in which I live (C. Molder). By changing the districts to disqualify the candidate, TN has infringed on my 1st Amendment rights.
Has any actual tunneling begun on the musk vanity project downtown? I was at a state office across the street from it recently. They confirmed that they haven't seen any trucks carrying rock away from the site. Maybe the excavated material is being moved to another dimension?
