2026: How many servers does it take to close a trunk door?

The reason I ask is, I had something similar happen when I tried to close the trunk through the app and then closed it another way. The original request must have been buffered somewhere in a server, because a minute later it opened again.
Grabbed a stack of free VHS tapes. Good news: loaded with period commercials. Bad news: Mostly episodes of Smallville. I'm stunned at how bad this show is, and even more stunned it went 9 seasons.

Ontario license plate nerds, help. I've now seen exactly half a dozen FAAx xxx plates on the road. They are not vanity plates. We're only part way through D plates. Why are F plates out now?
Doing leg surgery on some vintage 80s Ikea Sunne chairs my neighbour gave me. Taking the best bits from each to make one good chair.
