Xcode 27.0 beta 3 added updates to XCUIAutomation, so that you can now drive VoiceOver in the simulator. You've always had to test VoiceOver focus and navigation issues on device and there was no way to automate it: now you can! Just confirmed this all works in the simulator. Huge for a11y.
