My grandmother had a closet full of canned goods & TP & a coffee can of bacon grease on the counter. Thought the grease was gross & she fried our eggs in it. Cooked bacon for a BLT yesterday & later cooked some chicken for fajitas in the same pan. 😋 Now it’s called “layering” flavors.
