Unsurprising, but more concerning is the ease with which anti-social media is nazifying Boomers (hence: Boomerwaffen), about which nothing has been, or will ever be, done. theconversation.com/more-than-80...

Extremely proud of my University, UNSW, for developing this strategy. Supporting ex-serving members and their families is crucial to their wellbeing and helping the sometimes difficult process of transition out of the ADF.
In case you weren’t aware that anti-trans activists are completely barmy…
Vaccines are seriously fucking cool. We've come up with a way to train our immune systems to attack specific pathogens *before* they make us sick, and that's absolutely incredible.

Whilst @albomp.bsky.social found time for a private ‘donor’s dinner’ in Point Piper last week, this week he couldn’t find time to front up to the Garma Festival, despite swearing last year he’d attend every year for as long as he was PM. #OneNationSensitive #auspol
Albanese's absence looms large over Garma
The theme of this year's Garma Festival is "bukmak", a Yolŋu word meaning "everyone", but the prime minister's decision not to attend may indicate how high on the government's priority list Indigenous...

Doublethink: the state insists you believe the president is brilliant and commandingly in charge AND had no control of, nor responsibility for, the top public health official in his administration, who operated right under the president’s nose at the president’s discretion, victimizing him and you.
I just keep leaning into if Fauci made such poor decisions and is so evil, surely the greatest, most smartest President ever would have seen right through it or stopped it.

This may sound sad but good entertainment is hard to find these days. I love going on my local paper's website because they enable comments. You will never find a bigger bunch of bitter, bigoted, moany shits as you do in a local paper's comments section. Fucking great reading.
