I don't disagree at all, but I think that *another* factor is that many voters are now aware that US tax dollars are supporting free education & healthcare for Israelis, along with Bibi's war...and are adamantly against that. Stevens wouldn't budge from her support of Israel. It cost her.

I made dinner for a man who abused me more times than I can count thinking I could fix things. It never stopped the abuse. It created the expectation that he could do whatever he wanted and then be fed. Max Miller is trash. If the GOP won’t say it, I will.
