Dr. Arnold T. Blumberg

Publisher. Author. Artist. Long-ago world renowned zombie expert. Off-and-on comics scholar that wrote that paper about the Gwen Stacy story that one time. EXTREMELY anti-AI! Stamp out all AI forever!

A group of gatekeepers that exclude people from their org based on arbitrary rules then publish a pro-AI rant labeling those who stand against the world-destroying plagiarism machine as gatekeepers are the most deluded, ignorant people I can imagine. Proud to NOT be a member of the HWA. Fuck them.

Are you a physical media (Blu-ray) label helping to preserve our horror/sci-fi/cult film history? It's more important than ever. I'm reviewing physical releases for IGN as a freelancer. If you have titles you think I should pitch for a review, I'd be happy to hear from you!

Always loved this episode as is, and also appreciated that it kicks off with a scene that's basically every single fanfic author's go-to for starting a Trek/Doctor Who crossover, detecting the TARDIS ahead in space and bringing it into a cargo bay.

#TrekADay it's the last one before I'm off to TFN and the episode mean to cap a three week double punch of Sweeps super guest stars with the one person they could have realistically gotten who'd have gotten more bums on seats than Spock. Robin Williams. Notice, this is not Robin Williams.

Matt Frewer on the Enterprise bridge.

Need to stop telling the same fucking Scrooge story over and over. The constant repetition of this thoroughly unrealistic bullshit about a reprehensible rich person discovering his soul and achieving redemption has done irreparable harm to our culture.

If you "don't have the time" to write, the solution is *not* having an LLM do it for you. The solution is DON'T WRITE. You're not a writer. Writing is not for you. If it's part of your job, then your job is not for you. Step aside and make room for people who have the time and desire to write.

It's 2026. Alt text is NOT an option. And you can't just say "picture of a bird" or "photo by Bob Camera." Yes, provide a credit, title, basic info, but also DESCRIBE THE DAMN PICTURE. The color, the main components. Is it drawn? Is it a movie frame? DO THE FUCKING WORK or DON'T POST.
