As time goes by, it's looking like this generation of consoles (PS5, XSX, S2, Steam Deck) will be my last as an active gamer. Remember when we all thought $500 was too much for a console? Now these companies feel comfortable charging way more and RAISING prices years later.

Small PlatFighter games should all come together once a year and host their own small version of Smash Con. Nasb, Rivals, Fraymakers, Rushdev/Icons, Flash Party, Slap City, AFQM. Pooling the resources and try for like 100-200 entrants would be lit. Id love something structured like heatwave is.

Well, this was not the announcement we wanted to make. Due to issues with the venue not being prepared in time for our scheduled day for Vertex 1, Vertex will be postponed until further notice. We deeply apologize for the inconsistency with the start date of this new weekly.
