So 'The Talk' didn't happen last Saturday, bcus my parents in-law forgot the time and didn't even bother to ask my bf or me what time they wanted to talk to us 🙃 I have to travel +2h to them, just to hear they forget and asking if i could wait for another hour🙃🙃 I was pissed

Sitting in the library, my second home once again 📚 Currently writing down my goals for 'The Talk' with my parents-in-law. My brain keeps replaying every possible scenario and they all end in total disaster. I wish I could just show them my Pinterest board instead to explain myself.

I really want this hellish period to be over. Im so sad and tired. Having troubles with both own family members and in-laws while searching for my own place to life is costing my mental health aka im going freakin insane 🫪 I do want to reply and be interactive again, but it costs so much energy 😞

A drawing for @snowberrylily.bsky.social’s Draw This In Your Style challenge. Her OC Janae is dressed in a sparkling teal-colored dress for an elegant ball. She’s standing in the middle of a spiral staircase, holding a white flower close to her face. I changed the background a little, from Snowberry Lily’s original stone pathway to a spiral staircase. I’m a big fan of stairway aesthetics and thought it would suit her dress and the special occasion well.

Artwork I made of my OC Janae, a character from my comic, Aria of Stars and Snow. She has tan skin, brown eyes, circular glasses, and brown hair with side swept bangs pulled into twin hair buns. Each bun has a white flower at the top, and she has dangling earrings with a thin silver chain and a diamond shaped shiny blue crystal at the bottom. Her gown is a shimmering teal that has a gradient to a dark sky blue at the bottom, the bodice is heart shaped with a thick asymmetrical strap that reaches from the right top of her dress to her left shoulder. The dress is form fitting until the waist, where it starts to loosen up. At the bottom it is textured and fluffy, with white flower decorations on it. There is a slit on her left side of the dress where her legs come out. She is stepping forward, revealing teal slip on shoes with a flower at the top. Both it and the dress are very sparkly. There are little white pearly beads throughout the bottom and midsection of the dress. Janae is on an outdoor stone pathway with curve and a shimmery textured wall that supports a thick handrail. The handrail seems to almost glow, it is whitish at the middle and fades to a dark blue, and concentrating to the middle are sparkles. Janae rests her hand on the handrail as she walks forward, and looks down slightly at the flower in her other hand that she smells with a calm smile. It appears to be night, but approaching sunrise. The sky is dark with stars but close to the horizon yellow begins to build.
