I’m waiting to see if we’ve gotten a free pizza. If we have to pay for it, we can always complain to the manager (as she is our neighbor).
I did the math, and by the time my head heals, it’ll be around my birthday. That being said, I’m so gonna drink for my bday~
How dare someone smoke weed in public and not invite me. 😤
I wolfed down an entire candy bar to bring my stubborn blood sugar up. 😮💨 I know, I’m at the point where I turned on gremlin mode and I did not care one ounce.
I'VE GOT TO MOVE ON AND BE WHO I AM I JUST DON'T BELONG HERE I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND WE MIGHT FIND OUR PLACE IN THIS WORLD SOMEDAY BUT AT LEAST FOR NOW... I GOTTA GO MY OWN WAY 🎶
repeat after me: my self-worth is NOT dependent on other people’s feelings towards me 🧘♀️
I have an MRI and a CT scan with a possible x-ray tomorrow. This is fucking crazy. 😭 I gotta be still for over an hour.
Found out how to colorwork in crochet, and…. I think I honestly love colorwork in general~
I’m ready for my coffee. My head is hurting a little and coffee can reduce headaches (which I found out and love the effect of).
Don’t mind me not talking much on other social media. I just have been focused on my recovery from this accident and delving into hobbies quiiiiite a bit. I’m not sure as to what I want to do today, but… idk. I don’t feel creative today. Maybe I’ll go down an Internet rabbithole or 2.
Reading up on some things I didn’t know about and it’s got me thinking…
I watched a really fucked up movie. I need eye bleach while I knit.
you are a dopamine daydream, always lingering on my mind. #poetry #freeverse
Found out my elbow is stronger than I thought, despite the car accident making it flare up~ Oh, and I told a good joke at PT that had an entire corner of a room laughing. 😌 They’re doctors! They need to have a laugh sometimes! And I’m glad I made them chuckle~
Babes, I reached a point in my relationship where my spouse and I were avidly drooling over how beautiful a trans woman looked. (She may have been in the first stages of coming out, but her hair was beautiful and her makeup was flawless, and she had an AMAZING dress that complimented her skin~)
Made my comin' out at 22, started it at 28. It made me happy but somethin' in me was lackin' so at 30 I decided to become a gyaru and since I feel complete with myself~! I'm now 32 and totes happy~! The first step is ALWAYS the hardest but I super duper believe in ya~
If you have transitioned later in life, please know how deeply you are needed here. Your story is the exact proof someone else needs to finally take their first step.
what if eventually never arrives? #NaHaiWriMo
I have to smoke weed to my face for my physical therapy appointment... My PT is not gonna be happy when she finds out that a car accident basically set my healing back a couple of steps. Can't wait for the ice though~
So, today, for the first time in a looong while, I feel genuinely happy. Prioritizing my needs and wants is such a good thing. Because now I say to myself, “what do I want to do for myself?” And that looks like knitting, cross-stitching, reading, writing, crochet, drawing, zine-making….
Stitches are cast on correctly this time~ I’m on row 3 of the border, and I’m here, by the water, ready to set up my crafting stuff~ I am dedicated to this project, and I’m excited to get to the floats! (What do you mean, I love a challenge like that? What? Who is this new person?)
Did you know that steroids raise you white blood cell count? So if you get blood drawn, it looks like you’re fighting an infection.
