Is there a reason Ninji appears one time in Super Mario World and it's at the very last bit of the very last level? Ninji originated in Super Mario Bros. 2 but that was all a dream so i always assumed this was Nintendo telling the player "woah what if *this* was all a dream too huh, fucker?"

ninji making a cameo in SMW and giving kid me a kid panic attackactual photo of kid me stopping gameplay (but not pausing) to stare directly at the ninji, avatar of the frailty of existence and reality itself, sent by shiggsy himself to a world he shouldn't be in to tease the player and to mock them for remembering the context for it's existence. why else would he be placed at the very very end of the game, just before Bowser? in an easy part of the level too? is the player being warned perhaps that waking up from this dream of ours now would be the safer option than risking death against the last boss? which would work if Bowser was vaguely tough but let's pretend he was. a tease that super mario world isn't real either? or a reminder that this is all a game and it's best not to worry, even though it just made kid me think that *my* game could be switched off at any time. your harbinger of your reality is mostly pyjamas, but only sometimes.

I love the narrative that The Fed™ has with Mox. 4 AEW, 1 GCW and 1 IWGP World Championship along with may other championships since leaving them makes me believe he MIGHT have made the right decision. I mean, they gave him an effin' plant named MITCH!?!?!? Love the run he's been on!

Jon Moxley left a secure but boring gig to help pioneer a revolution that would change the world. He shocked the world by showing up at the first Double or Nothing, living AEW from Day One. He went to NJPW. He went to GCW. He toured the world of pro wrestling, because he lives & breathes that shit

Offer them water. Ask if they need something with sugar but ALSO ask if they need something with salt. Electrolytes like LMNT or Liquid IV are very helpful. Don’t try to get them to stand. Ask if this has happened before. If it hasn’t, ER. If it has, stay with them until someone can take them home.

What's a good procedure for folks when someone experiences a fainting? Is putting a pillow under their head and clearing space around them a good start?

Remembered the other day that I’ve seen Komander’s face because he showed up to a Defy show with Vikingo. Having a smoke and V arrives with a roller bag and another guy. Only masked guy was K. Secret is safe because I drink too much. 🤼🤼‍♂️🤼‍♀️
