Am I the only "woke leftie" that wants to see Farage win the Clacton by-election so that the Parliamentary enquiry into his dodgy dealings are resumed? Obviously, I'd like him to win by the narrowest margin possible but I'll take a loss if it means he walks away from politics.

Residents playing soccer with their friends ALL NIGHT. One man said how much he loved it because his friends work late and can’t get to the field before 10pm.
Badenoch and other rightwing populists don’t grant access to journalists who would ask those questions. That’s how she and Farage have survived this long.

I encountered a new word yesterday and that's "Twatterpillar" It describes someone who was pretty sound but then slowly morphed into a proper cunt. I'm trying desperately to think of someone who fits the bill, famous or not- but I'm struggling. Anyone got any candidates for Twatterpillar status?
I think it was better than that. We have a reset of UK-EU relations, better workplace and housing laws, more of our tax being paid by the well off, more defence spending, NHS improvement, and better environmental policy. It's not been perfect but it's been a lot more than just steadying things.

Instead, he’s bought himself another month of cameras, donors, investigations, Count Binface and questions money. He may still win Clacton, but I’m not convinced there’s any way he comes out looking like the winner.
Trump’s lawsuit and Farage’s by election have much in common. Over-confidence causes overreach, picking a wholly unnecessary battle that risks seriously backfiring.
"The body of a 78yr old woman, thought to be (x) has been found dead at their home and the police are treating it as suspicious" Then a further announcement after formal identification. Then a confirmation that the Police are treating it as murder. Isn't this the usual order... This smells.
