What the heck is Mike Odyssey talking about? This is a rendering technique patent for Paper Mario The Thousand-Year Door! The application was filed in 2024-01, and published in 2025-06. I didn’t find it that interesting then, therefore posted only a short intro and the patent URL (see below). 1/
As a tip: if you use big man as a panic special to beat a wave, you can jump off the side to cancel his showstopper and keep some of the special meter for the next sublevel I would only do this at the end of a sublevel though since it puts you in danger

sky :3@dootsky.re · 5mo agoJust for clarification in regards to nintendo suing the US government: The tariffs were already deemed unconstitutional, but there was no enforcement for the government to refund losses caused by tariffs. So Nintendo is suing to get the money lost from tariffs back, which isn’t really that crazy.
Raiders’ preload is 12.7 GB, which is just barely under Splatoon 3 with all its DLC installed (12.8 GB)

the whole thing with sony’s physical game statistics is ridiculous when you consider the PS5 pro doesn’t come with a disc reader and it costs EIGHTY BUCKS for one. mannnn i wonder why people haven’t been buying physical games for your console!!!
this has nothing to do with AI. there were some false positive matches, the bans are only temporary until they are manually reviewed when we saw this yesterday we found the problematic hash and overrode it so nothing else should get flagged

sky :3@dootsky.re · 7mo agoI think I've discovered something interesting, but I have no idea what it implies: On Nintendo's Account Portal, there's an unused model code under the name "OSM". (The Switch 2's model code is BEE.) The portal has images for each Switch model, and requesting OSM returns an image of a Switch 2.
