Been watching "For All Mankind" while eating/thera-gunning after hard bike rides, largely because at one point recently @edsbs.bsky.social said "Everyone dies." Took until the seventh episode of the fourth season for me to be *IN*, but "You wanna help me steal an asteroid?" did something for me.
The number five will lead us there.

Also true of things like Oregon vs. Oregon State, going from an annual rivalry weekend matchup to now 2028, 2029, 2031 and 2032. Only four games for sure. In September, one even in August.

Step 1: Have a good thing. Step 2: Idiots ruin the good thing. Step 3: Be grateful when a lessened version of the good thing returns.

1) Caitlin Clark was no better than the fourth best guard on the court today. The players may have been accurate when ranking her as the 11th guard in the W. 2) What does Sophie Cunningham do basketball-wise? Sincerely asking. She did not impact this game once. 1-of-2 from the field in 22 minutes??
More likely the Fever get swept in the first round (Atlanta) or the second round (Lynx) then sniff this kind of success. Let's be honest about them. They are gonna be a flop.

For non-WNBA watchers: The Minnesota Lynx are coached by Cheryl, and they are playing the Indiana Fever. The Fever have a transphobe on their team that has attracted a traveling circus of bigots, first to Portland, and now to Minnesota. Cheryl is doing what the WNBA as a corporation refuses to do.
