The NYT buries the lede, of course, but here is the reason: “the United States asked to delete mentions of equity, solidarity and universal access to sexual and reproductive health care services.” Some so-called “Christian nation” we have. 🙄 www.nytimes.com/2026/09/25/u...

U.S. Rejects U.N. Declaration on Preparing for Future Pandemics

Most member nations spoke in support of the declaration, but some rich countries had strong objections.

#Wisconsin voters, please remember when you vote for Governor in November that Tom Tiffany voted against the war powers bill in the US House that would have stopped Trump’s ability to unilaterally continue his war of choice in Iran. Tiffany is a Trump mini-me who actively supports Trump’s agenda.

Trump: "I'm rejecting their deal. They want to make a deal where they open the strait immediately ... we're winning tremendously. We have total control of the Hormuz Strait ... that deal would not be acceptable. They want to immediately open the Hormuz Strait."

#Wisconsin gubernatorial candidate Tom Tiffany has been tied to Trump at the hip since day one, and he continues to be a Trump mini-me. Although his campaign portrays him as something else, he is a Trump clone, as this Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article shows. www.jsonline.com/story/news/p...

Tom Tiffany campaign blocks Journal Sentinel reporters from event

The reporters were denied entry on Sept. 24 by a campaign staffer, only days after Tiffany said he would permit all reporters to attend his events.

And are in violation of a court order. Hold all of those responsible for carrying out Trump’s order to ban entry to the White House in criminal contempt of court and jail them. The only way to stop this is to punish the minions responsible for carrying out illegal orders.

A federal judge ruled this morning that the banned outlets be reinstated, but the White House is openly defying that order. As I emphasized in my interview last night, Trump's actions aren't just blatantly unconstitutional - they are also pathetic.

Securing the safety of those who are being illegally deported of course comes first but there MUST be motions to hold those who are carrying out these orders in criminal contempt of court. Jailing the minions of the illegal Trump/Miller “remigration” scheme is the only way to stop it.

Immediately move to hold anyone responsible for denying access in contempt of the TRO. Impose criminal sanctions and jail them. The only way to stop this madness is to show those who are complicit with Trump’s illegal actions that they will be held responsible, even if he is not.

BREAKING: A POLITICO reporter was denied access to the White House Thursday and his press credentials confiscated after a judge ordered the Trump admin to immediately restore access for news organizations that Trump banned.

Courtesy of Mitch McConnell, who could have acted from a place of integrity but instead took the calculated risk that he and others in the GOP could control Trump. It was the same arrogant, overconfident route taken by German political leaders with Adolph Hitler and the NSDAP in 1932.

With the midterm elections shaping up to be a massive reckoning for the Republican Party, it's worth remembering that they had a fairly easy offramp from Trumpism in the immediate aftermath of the January 6th riot but they completely chickened out.

Todd Blanche either doesn’t realize or doesn’t care that he will, at some point in time that cannot be too far off, be living in a world without Donald Trump. He’d better plan on a career outside the legal profession because the odds are slim that the profession will welcome him back in.

This order certainly was justified given recent SCOTUS election law doctrine, and especially its application of Purcell, even if they don't always follow it. But it continues to be frustrating how the emergency docket is used to shape the law without explanation for why they do what they do.

BREAKING: SCOTUS blocks TRO that had thrown Missouri’s congressional elections into chaos. The ruling should mean that the map used by the current congressional delegation, not the HB1 map backed by Republicans and used in the primaries, will be used in the general election. Law Dork:
