El síndic de Compromís a les Corts, Joan Baldoví, ha denunciat este divendres una retallada de recursos per part del Consell en el jutjat de Catarroja que instruïx la causa penal de la dana, una acció que ha qualificat de "miserable". El president de la Generalitat, Juanfran Pérez Llorca, ha desmentit l'acusació moments després i ha indicat que el que ha ocorregut correspon a un "impàs" entre l'eixida de "llocs que estaven ocupats per personal temporal" i que "s'ocuparan per personal fix".
