I think the idea that perfectly encapsulates this to me is that many liberals would quickly condemn a black man for being violent instead of recognizing said violence is a result of immense pressure put onto a minority group. Ridiculing the oppressed for lashing out is never right.

As much as radicals get criticized for being "unrealistic," demanding entire demographics facing literal genocide always maintain mild rhetoric and actions is an absolutely delusional level of conformity to expect. I don't think that gets said enough.

I grew up left handed constantly being told how great it was that us lefties had a biological advantage at all sorts of sports. And how that meant it was good to get into sports as a career. So the whole push back against trans woman really is just blatant hatred.
