This strikes me as a hilarious example of “whataboutism”. Of course I’m concerned about insect die-offs, and I applaud those bringing this serious issue to our attention. But, come on! I can’t mourn a great artist whom I miss terribly without being accused of not caring enough about bugs?

Musk said people might still work in the future but compared it to people who grow their own backyard tomatoes. He said they could just go to the store for better tomatoes.
This is so lovely and poignant. And in the last few seconds you can see some cool geometric distortion from refraction in Earth’s atmosphere.
