Was Henry Kissinger right about anything? The ultimate triumph of superficial appearance over merit. He spoke like a tough guy making hard decisions but constantly made lazy, cowardly, self-serving decisions that killed a lot of innocent people. Yet future presidents treated him as a useful source!
