I have spent the last two days with an awesome Rochester educator group drafting #AI guidance for our teachers and students. Two powerful statements we discussed: AI isn't going anywhere-we can't ignore it. Our students are already using AI; we seek to guide them, not ban it. #edusky

Breakout Boxes: An oldie but a goodie. It was fun to introduce a new group of students to the magic. They were a little thrown off by all the math they had to do in math class. 😂 "I thought this would be a break from math..." #edusky

I got to team up with my best pal (and @sturmdon.bsky.social) to run the @ideaillinois.bsky.social game table at a #STEM fair in the neighboring town! It was fun to play with the students, but it was even better to see my little girl acting all grown up with as she ran the games! 💕

JH Students today held a "County Fair" to collect data to calculate the probability of winning their game. It was neat to see their creativity and the way some games had a much higher probability of winning than others! #edchat #math
