Local Convention season is underway here for DSA-LB, and we've got big plans brewing! Our theme this year is "Building Momentum", which gets its name from the surge of membership and organizing we did in 2025. This year is the next step in growing into the fighting Chapter we all know it can be.

HUGE NEWS: Today, Democratic Socialists of America has over 100k members nationwide & DSA-LB just crossed 400 members 😱 People like you join because we believe in a future free from capitalism. We come together to fight to abolish the tools of class oppression.

It's not just enough to make a statement. DSA-LB knows that when we stand together, that also means working together to organize within our communities so that shit doesn't happen here. Our International Solidarity Committee (ISC) is meeting tomorrow night to detail our Chapter's response to ICE.

It's pretty common for folks to put their words into Dr. King's mouth on his day. DSA-LB thinks he speaks well enough in his own words.

DSA officially has 95,000 members! act.dsausa.org/donate/membe...

Did you just watch Zohran's & many other DSA comrade's historic wins last night and feel that fundamental shift in the tenor of American politics? What we saw last night wasn't the work of a single individual. It took the hard work of people just like us to make them happen.
