I probably think these guys do believe that their politics don’t interfere with the news, it’s just that they believe there is a different set of facts and truth or that some facts have a higher moral weight. You see that in coverage of Gaza where the events of Oct. 7 outweigh any event afterwards.
For me, I can handle words on a screen. Like, if I see something I don't want to see in my feed, I can just ignore it, engage with it, block it. As long as the site doesn't amplify it, I'm fine. That may not be the case for everyone, I get that, but for me…sure, as the kids say "come at me, bro."
I wonder what it's like to live in a nation where 70% of the leader's time is spent thinking about or discussing landscaping and architecture.

Because Tobias Lütke is getting a whole lot of pushback about his pay-to-play voting endorsement, I’m willing to bet that he doubles down like they all do.
Ugh. Watched that whole Elon interview. Do not recommend. Off-the-shelf bluffer. Very confident in his predictions but has had such a poor record even on the predicted outcomes of the things he fully controls. Trump uses “two weeks”, Musk uses “10 years”.
