is Fortune's Weave the first new first-party NS2 game to target 30fps? I mean that's alright for a turn-based game, but with that precedent set I'm worried it'll happen again with others, especially the next new Zelda

I always found it funny how our own brain and eyeballs have a built in exploit to cheat nearly any "spot the difference" game by just crossing or diverging your eyes to line them up and it'll automatically flicker to highlight the differences

at this point the Future of Gameing is pretty clearly steamdeck-style linux handhelds on the high end, android-based chinese handhelds on the low end, and whatever nintendo makes. godot can hit the first two, and console support will still suck but now there's only one console instead of three lol

I recently had a coworker who apparently had severe AI chatbot psychosis, in hindsight they reminded me of Harvey Dent when they wean him off the coin to dice to tarot cards in an attempt to cure his binary thinking but it just turns him into a mess of choice paralysis and pissing himself.

Batman Arkham Asylum: A Serious House on Serious Earth by Grant Morrison As a matter of face we've successfully tackled Harvey's obsession with duality. I'm sure you' familiar with his silver dollar -- scarred on one side, unmarked on the other. He used to make all his decisions with it, as though it somehow represented the contradictory halves of his personality. What we did was wean him off the coin and onto a die. That gave him six decision options instead of the former two. He did so well with the die that we've been able to move him onto a pack of tarot cards. That's seventy-eight options open to him now, Batman. Next, we plan to introduce him to the I-Ching. Soon he'll have a completely functional judgemental facility that doesn't rely so much on black and white absolutes.Oh jesus, Harvey! Is it you again? You trying to ruin my heels? I'm sorry... I couldn't help it... it takes so long to decide... so many options... I'm really sorry. I think. Please, miss! Two-Face has pissed himself again!

I love fighting games but I hate LoL and its character designs, $0 isn't low enough to get me to download and try 2XKO. maybe if the style made them nearly as hot or cool as the K/DA video or Arcane, but instead it's just netflix foux-anime
