He/Him dynasty fantasy football enthusiast #ActuallyAutistic AuDHD Bipolar II Shoutout to my therapist 🥳

My therapist has been out of town for a few months so we've been doing online sessions. She's coming back any week now so I've been checking her schedule to see if she added any in-person appointments like I'm checking ticketmaster for available concert tickets.

During cooking tv shows when they judge dishes, even if a dish is flawless they still make up a critique for the sake of seeming like an expert. For once I want a judge to not give a flaw if it's not warranted.

Celebrating extremely small good behavioural improvements can have profound effects. It trains your brain to feel proud of yourself and to keep the momentum going in a healthy direction.

A couple mindsets that I find crucial to help me with fantasy football (and life in general tbh): - Remember to zoom out and look at the bigger picture. It can be easy for me to get lost in the sauce of details - Prioritize application. It can be easy for me to get lost in the sauce of theory

You can acknowledge a player has played poorly while not wanting to close the door on them It is true that people shouldn't completely give up on players as if they can never improve It is also true that people can't admit a player they like has been horrible so far No need to be all or nothing
