only after trying to use my decade+-old tablet (and it subsequently being too old to be a reliable device anymore) do i realize how much i miss looking up at a computer while i draw - vs constantly craning my neck downwards like i have to do with my ipad. 😩
people will say "did you know the creator of ... has a weird fetish" as if anything other than a weird fetish could possibly compel you to suffer through the creative process
anyone got any tips for how to get out of a creative funk other than “make yourself just do the thing(s)”? asking for me and my mad-af part of me that still has a creative drive but doesn’t control the energy/focus to bring any of it to fruition - which is seemingly lacking rn.

the amount of werewolves already on my feed is such a blessing
now that moving is done, i just need to get through unpacking, then i can start to be more active again :D
a part of me wonders if the minute i know where my partner and i are gonna live, and we no longer have to be stressed about finding a spot, is my art energy just gonna come crashing against me like a truck? ngl. i hope so. bring it on.
it is my earnest belief that you are never more than one degree of separation away from having a kink you told yourself you would never be into. stay humble everybody
This has me thinking again about how phys ranged are BUFF. Drawing back a bow takes MUSCLE. Throwing glaives takes MUSCLE. Hauling around a huge gun and gadgets takes MUSCLE. sorry but that little bard you just called a twink? They're fucking ripped dude. Their back muscles are INSANE
People really need to fucking re-learn the difference between "I don't like this" and "This is harmful". Not liking a thing is fine, but you don't get to dictate what others enjoy, actually. Especially not within fiction. Be an adult. If you don't like something, move on.
so many arts to do, so little time
