America 250 was supposed to signal the benevolent, prosperous era of President Roy Rival Schools and first lady Tiffany Lords. We've fallen so far below Hideaki Itsuno's expectations.

Roy's Rival Schools ending in which 20 years have passed since 1997 and Roy became president of the US with Tiffany at his side. "Through his efforts the relationship between Batsu's country and U.S. improved dramatically, and years of economical friction were put to rest."
