our art director was @smgdraws.bsky.social, whose sharp eye pulled all these disparate parts together and made them talk to one another. there is a LOT of illustration and design in this and Steve knew how it all needed to talk to each other

irt last repost, the marielda vinyl journey was truly a years-long saga, a roller coaster of excitement and effort that i thought had stalled out with the first attempt not making it to the finish line but eventually at least some of the art being repurposed.

The Marielda t-shirt available on friendsatthetable.shop? That was originally commissioned as album artwork for a Marielda LP with a different merch partner and that whole thing just fell apart.
