Ever have a panic attack and it was caused by just having heartburn. Sick brain i got there
So I've been in terrible pain lately and uh found out I have POTS and hEDS. Today I drank saltwater(electrolyte drink mix) and my pain has plummeted off a cliff. ALL FROM FUCKING SALTWATER ARE YOU KIDDING SALTWATER HELPED ME THIS MUCH. DOCTORS ARE USELESS CAN I BE MY OWN DOCTOR HOLY.
So this year I did decide to finally try to work on my mental health and wow is it fucked. I already knew I had level 2 autism and ADHD but now I keep going and I find out I have dyspraxia fine cool that's fine yeah, then within 3 days I find out I have POTS, RDS, and hEDS my brain is fried.
Wow I just experienced something new apparently you can have a meltdown from being too HAPPY WTF?!?!?! That is legit the first time that's ever happened ๐

I ran a half mile today in physical therapy a year ago I could barely walk even to the bathroom, 2 months later emergency back surgery. That's big progress ngl.
