Why did you abstain on the Employment Rights Bill @charlotte-cane-mp.bsky.social? I understand you said at your meeting in Waterbeach you would likely support it? What is it about strengthening rights to things like sick pay whilst on probation you disagree with? Really disappointing.

Growing the economy and providing jobs outside the South East with wages significantly above the national average. Apart from a culture war there is absolutely no benefit in Reform or the Tories attacking net zero. And by the election, the net zero war will have been won!
