The balcony is 3 floors up and I can be “clumsy” so this is “dangerous”. She had to spend a bunch of time figuring out how I escaped and repairing things. I had my own little plunder 😬!

In the pre-PCR era, we would often just treat empirically with TMP-SMX if the diagnostic suspicion was high (eg. ongoing outbreak, onset of illness in summer, subacute diarrhea with weight loss over weeks). #IDSky

Happy Canada Day everyone!! My human says she owes everything she has to being born in Canada. 🇨🇦 🍁 Canada Day brought me some music that scared me a bit. But it also got my human to bike down to Granville Island and got me a special Canada treat!! YUM!!!
