So my five year old has just asked to have a Charles II themed birthday party and I’m trying to act like that’s not super weird.

One of the greatest things about having a coach is not having to think about my training. I roughly know what’s happening because every week is basically the same, but I actually just don’t look at the day’s session until I that day. Sometimes the day before if I have to decide when to run.

As an antidote to everything else going on in cinema (looking at you, Classicists!) Andrew and I very much enjoyed Project Hail Mary, and Ryan Gosling is clearly an excellent example of a Ryan.

This is exactly it with the social media ban. It places responsibility on parents and teachers and takes it off platforms and the government, while ignoring the kids in vulnerable populations who rely on social media for community. What do you do when you're actually the only gay in the village?
