Rehearsal is essential to developing teacher technique, as we look at strengthening our routines & transitions to ensure staff are in position to support children attend to learning, we took our weekly PD outside to embed habitual change as part of protected group rehersal!

I’ve said it before, but i’ll say it again.. the most amazing part of my role is seeing the steps (and huge strides) each member of staff make week on week. We’re only into week 3, but i’m very proud of our staff team and the journey that they are on. Today was lovely!
