If someone is concerned about the risk to pedestrians from e-bikes, e-motos, and scooters, but doesn't support taking away space from cars to build safer micro-mobility infrastructure then I would question their commitment to safety

I had a pair of Garda stop me cycling on Eden Quay to ask me where my helmet was. Tried to tell me it was required. Don't trust them to have a clue or not be biased.

As for Mayo, credit to them for finally getting over the line. Their press and intensity and energy won it for them. Although disappointed with Kerry for not dealing with it better and managing the game (Dublin were great at doing this in all those finals).

Nearly 300,000 people have been forced to flee their homes as devastating wildfires continue to spread across France and Spain. Bordeaux officials are considering a total evacuation of the city if needed, while firefighters in Spain say some blazes are spreading too quickly to tackle head-on.
