In a horrific chronic illness crash, with all-consuming fatigue. BUT I was able to check on the garden for 10 minutes today though, and I spotted at least one native green bee (male?), a snowberry clearwing, okra flowers, plenty of winter squash, and a tomato-trashed nest, among the usual spoils.

In a massive chronic illness flare/crash, with some fun new side quests. Nothing will get me out of it except rest, rest, & rest. Feeling blue. I have a lot of fatigue & dysautonomia right now, so I can’t do much else for myself. What are your best low effort ways you cheer yourself up?
