Yeah, no. The first amendment is pretty explicit about freedom of the press. And if we back down, then the American people are not safe from their government. As always, you’re very welcome for the essential public service we all provide to you daily.

The First Amendment was never written to protect journalists. It was written to protect the American people from government. steveschmidt.substack.com/p/the-govern...

I was, and remain, a female athlete. No one ever asked or demanded to see my vagina just so i could kick a ball, run, jump, swim, ski. Is this really what we are willing to do to our young girls and women? And for what? Most people who participate in sports will never rise to the elite level.

The ban is heinous for what it does to transgender athletes. But if you think cisgender girls and young women won’t be caught up in the fallout, too, you are woefully ignorant

I've been sent video from the end of the ICE raid at the Zipps on 32nd and Shea. It shows protesters -- on the sidewalk, impeding no one -- getting drive-by maced by an ICE agent from a truck as it rolls away down the road. Hard to see how such tactics are justifiable.
