A Bowser course select screen, long thought unused in Super Mario 64 DS, can actually be seen by performing an absurdly specific action: Yoshi must drown underneath the Hazy Maze Cave entrance. If his lifeless body floats up through the pool, the screen will be displayed.
we're so back on July 25th I chose to draw a poster for the 602 Race as I've enjoyed drawing stuff lately! It took over a month (sms took like half the time lmao) but I'm very proud of the final product!! This is the first time I've done an online drawing this major so I hope you like it!!

I completed a Sandbox Mario 100% run with All Moons, 120 Shines, and 64 120 Star! This is... not a category I ever thought I'd run lol but learning All Moons purely from watching videos and making a powerpoint was surprisingly fun. Goes to show that studying the old fashioned way can work out lol

DUDE I could NOT be closer to getting sub 1:30 in Mario Sunshine. I was right there. Noki 7. Have only messed it up like twice this year but it loses 30+ seconds. 1:30:09. Just gotta keep going for it I guess. (right image is the new thumbnail about the very high stakes level Sirena 3)

NEW LEDYBA! This card arrived today after I bought it for meeting a small twitch sub goal! This is my first card from the elusive Skyridge set, but the set has 2 Ledyba so I'll need to keep hunting! The 2nd Skyridge Ledyba is the final card I need before variants like reverse holo and 1st edition!

Happy birthday Super Paper Mario!! SPM turns 19 years old today, and as one of my first video games it has always meant a lot to me! I'd like to share some of my work that this game inspired, part of a set of SPM themed Tarot cards! I've made 6 major arcana cards so far but I might make more... 1/2
In Super Mario 64 DS, giant characters normally cannot crawl. However, reading a sign pounded halfway into the ground forces the character into a crawling pose. When giant, this results in the character's giant posterior completely blocking the entire screen.
this is such a good article. the speedrunning scene is one of the few gaming niches where I as a trans woman feel not just tolerated, but celebrated, and I credit GDQ's vocal support for us as probably the leading factor. this organization has had such a positive impact on me and so many others.

770 COMPLETE Improvement of 53 minutes over last year! I'd love to do this again and improve it even further, but for now I go back to focusing on school lol. Thanks to everyone that supported the stream, helped count in chat, raided the channel, or just watched and cheered me on this year!
Last minute PB before the 770 starts lol (also got a 51s Odyssey pb this morning) the REDIBA layout is the one i used the entire run, comparing to none, formulated so that i had literally no way to see how i was doing past the timer itself lol
