iam really excited about college because my classmates are planning fun server wide hangout things for orientation week and it makesme happy . ive never had to chance to be super social and go to things like these b4 college because of my parents’ work schedules. but now i can go alone n what not!!

It’s also egregious because, to even go through this process at all, they HAVE TO KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE. DHS still only sends notifications via physical mail to people. If you don’t tell them your address you’re fucked! So it’s only to demoralize people, and waste taxpayer money. 3/3

They did this to a student at the college I work at whose check ins I went to. Called them in one day and put an ankle monitor on her father, one month later they called them in again and put an ankle monitor on her mother. Her mother, understandably, was in tears, saying “I’m not a criminal.” 1/

Am told at the blue ash Ohio ICE office today that a bunch of springfield Haitians were told to just “check in” at are now having ankle monitors put on them, which, uh….. they’re not supposed to be fucking doing that
