I'm not saying Don't Recycle I'm saying we need to remove the social/commercial license from these people, block them from policymaking arenas And we need to stop them selling a proposed solution (Recycle!) that is orders of magnitude too small to fix a problem they created (forever production)

The People Who Make The Things You Buy with the justification that you can recycle those things are making 1000x more of those things than you could ever recycle, and at some point I think we should ask why They think that's OK www.theguardian.com/environment/...

this happened again today just interviewed the COO of a cooperative in North Carolina that is bringing gigabit fiber for $80 a month to long-unserved rural communities thanks to ARPA legislation those communities turned around and voted out the folks that made it happen

every single week I talk to a different municipality or cooperative that is using American Rescue Plan Act funds to deploy amazing cheap broadband to rural markets that rewarded the people that wrote and passed the legislation by kicking them out of office
