I genuinely think the 20-minute 20-episode tv show season is such a good storytelling format but there’s such a high barrier to entry + if you actually get in the industry you are working for some of the biggest idiots to ever work in business + they only give you 8 episodes now

my personal tip is that if u have a local farmers market keep an eye out for jersey cow milk. it has a higher percentage of butterfat which makes it good for baking/cooking with but also tastes rlly creamy on its own
