A thing happened. I had to sign a new work contract today because of a pay cycle change. As I read through it, I was struck by the phrase, "Client shall not supply contractor with company uniform." "What, no uniform?" I joked to the CFO. "Go design one," he replied. BEHOLD! My new avatar!!
I'm not a Newsom fan at all, but I'll be chuckling about this for days.

"Trans children have such awful lives, isn't it better for them to not suffer?" Transness is actually really awesome. It's the transphobia that sucks. If everyone responded to trans kids coming out with "thanks for telling me, I love you" and being affirming, trans kids would have GREAT childhoods.
