Sweat Hearts, a 4-panel comic.

1. Huely and Gelle are seen at their local comic book and hobby shop. Huely thoughtfully examines a pile of mismatched dice in his palm. Gelle looks over at him, a little puzzled. His left hand fusses with something just off screen…

“Huely, do you -really- need to buy all those dice?”

2. Huely keeps his eyes glued on his carefully selected jewel-like dice nestled in his cupped hands.

“Not really. Dice are more than just tools to me. They’re like trinkets! I like carrying some around in my pocket. It feels like they give me extra buffs to get me through my day!”

3. Gelle drops an enormous, rainbow, glittery, 20-sided die into the pile Huely is holding. Dice scatter in every direction.

4. The luminous, very queer die glows with an overwhelming, glittery light.

“Hey, yeah! It’s actually working! You look like some sorta queer and powerful wizard!”

Huely has a lot of love and patience for Gelle’s sense of humor. But his expression looks as if he’s ready to ask Gelle to roll for evasion…

Crosses at a trot. Every single time. Biologists believe it learned by watching hikers at the adjacent trailhead. "It's not random," said the lead researcher. "That coyote understands cause and effect better than half our interns." DOT voted unanimously to keep the camera running. The coyote hasn't jaywalked once.

Blue: That's quite a list. Are you sure you're being completely realistic?

Green takes a momentary pause from being cartoonish, being now depicted as a painstakingly detailed and shaded painting of a fox, with fur texture, whiskers and all.
Extremely realistic Green: Of course.

Returning back to normal, Green keeps walking. Blue follows, looking at Green with suspicion.
Blue: How long did it take you to draw that gag?
Green: A lot longer than I am willing to admit.
