Yesterday, I went to the gym at lunch. First time I’ve lifted weights in years. Then I sat at my desk for 4 hours. I am so paying for it today. 🤣

Hello. Very personal, maudlin one today. Wanted to share some things that helped me when dealing with grief: * there’s no rule book; just many ways to grieve, * grief isn’t linear, * sometimes it feels like drowning. Find something to cling on to and just float. That’s enough for today.

At dog agility training. Lottie (huge, fluffy black puppy thing - not sure of breed), took the jump, ran through the tunnel, scampered off to the next field, jumped the barbed wire, sloshed through the swamp ditch and then came back. 8/10. Would watch again purely for the owner’s reaction.
