I really hate all the slop AI and machine translated (MTL) fan translations that are flooding the scene. Years ago, I was ignorant to fan translation sources, but having played many Japanese games for videos at this point, AI or MTL will never understand the nuance of a work of art. Fuck gen AI
FFXIV should let us queue directly into Forked Tower and not wait around for some random fresh instance to have it be available.

So I finished Cai Part 1 last night, and now I have a better idea of how large/grand the scope of this game is. Clocked at almost exactly 40 hrs.

I heard someone on a podcast use the phrase "(Gen)AI is what you use when you don't care how well the job gets done." And I've never heard a more accurate assessment of the technology in my life.
